1- After the evaluation of subscription requests and price information are determined by KDD, they are examined within the framework of the budget possibilities of that year and started after the approval of the Rectorate.
2-Periodicals are not borrowed.
3-Periodicals can be borrowed hourly if needed. For those who do not return on time, not exceeding one hour, a penalty of not being able to borrow a book for 2 days is applied for each 1-hour delay.
4-The user who damages the journals in the library is obliged to supply the new number he/she damaged.
5-Newspapers are not taken out of the library.
6-All newspapers in the library are archived for 1 (one) month.
