The 2026 APC (Article Processing Charge) quota allocated under the TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM – Springer Nature Open Access Agreement, from which our University also benefits, has been fully utilized. Therefore, APC support under this agreement will no longer be available until the end of 2026.
Authors whose manuscripts are currently under editorial evaluation are kindly requested to take note of the following:
- If a manuscript submitted to a hybrid journal is accepted, it may be published as subscription-based (closed access) without payment of an APC.
- If a manuscript submitted to a Gold Open Access journal is accepted, it may be published as open access, provided that the APC is paid by the author.
