Muteferriqa database has been made available to our University through TÜBİTAK-ULAKBİM until 2028.
This comprehensive collection contains approximately 7 million pages and 660,000 images, bringing together printed materials published in the Ottoman Empire from the 18th century to the mid-20th century in digital format. With nearly 35,000 printed books and 1,470 periodical titles, it offers in-depth discovery opportunities, including full-text search. With both English and Turkish interface support, the portal facilitates interdisciplinary research in fields such as history, literature, sociology, and theology.
