Kelime.com database has been made available for trial access at our university until November 15, 2025.
Kelime.com is a comprehensive dictionary database that offers linguistic, grammatical, semantic, categorical, and etymological information for words across dozens of dictionaries in 10 different languages. It identifies word variations and derivatives, supports online translation, and analyzes damaged or partially unreadable words due to wear or erasure.
Key Features:
- Scans and indexes the meanings of the searched word across all dictionaries.
- Identifies synonyms, antonyms, compounds, origins, meanings, and spelling details within 820,000 data entries across different languages.
- Lists phrases, idioms, and derivative forms related to the searched word.
- Detects where else the word appears as part of other dictionary entries and presents sample usage sentences.
- Analyzes and interprets words that are damaged, partially erased, or hard to read using a resolution engine.
- Provides access to detailed word information based on predictions generated by the resolution engine.
